Osiyo Nigadv! Hello Everyone! IMHO the best source of vitamin C is from the peels of tangerines. Oranges are second. The peels have most of all available vit C and the actual fruit has very little therefore the juice is low in C.
I peel the fruit and put in a mesh bag to dry. I use a coffee grinder to make a powder I put in homemade '0' size capsules (~250 mg each). I take as many as 10 capsules three times a day to balance the body out. Ten capsules causes diahria in me so I get the flush needed. Very loose bowels are a sign of enough (over dose) Vit C.
