I have found that CS has completely alleviated my tooth sensitivity and
has only improved the condition of my teeth, as far as I can tell.

The only time I have sensitivity now is if I eat something very acidic
like a lemon or some acidic fruit concentrate which sticks in the teeth
and etches off the coating (whatever it is) on the exposed roots. Using
CS as a mouthwash several times a day will get rid of it completely in
a short time. (A couple of days.) Before CS I was getting so that I
could not even eat the more tart types of apple. Now, no problem.

I have not had a cavity for years. Previously, I was plagued with them.
I no longer have gingivitis or periodontal disease. Previously, my gums
bled and eroded at a regular rate no matter how many times I flossed or
brushed. I had my teeth/gums scraped once, but didn't feel that it did
much good. Zapping initially helped somewhat with the teeth/gum problem
but CS has completely taken care of it.

I use CS maybe an average of twice or 3 times a week (sometimes more
and sometimes less)and hold it in my mouth for from 2 to 10 minutes.
Before a dental teeth cleaning I may do it every day for a week and at least
once mixed with about 10 to 20% DMSO. There is very little for the
hygienist to do, not much plaque to scrape, just some stain from tea drinking
especially in an area with some crooked teeth, they like to scrape on that...

If your teeth are deteriorating they will tend to hurt. CS may help that but
won't cause the deterioration. If the deterioration is too bad even CS won't
be able to stop the sensitivity. Look for another cause.

I am a 46 y.o. white American male and have been using CS for over a year. I have had the best health results from it than I have in all my life. I do, however, need to know if CS is directly involved in the deterioration of my teeth and the extreme sensitivity. Please let me know if anyone else has had this same experience and whether or not it is linked to the CS. Thanks! Scott<><
