After the CS kills off the bacterial colonies that cause plaque and tarter , "clean" teeth may be more sensitive. I recall that Grape fruit would make my teeth sensitive for several days if I didn't brush immediately after eating one because the acid would eat away coatings of tarter.
 On the other hand, CS ...STOPS.... tooth decay in it's tracks.
 Might also retard or cure gingivitis. [Don't know for sure]
