Steve gives good advice. Doctors are not trained in the giving of "Hope" for they actually have so very little of it themselves. What they do have is a very large arsenal of poisons designed to attack the body. How typically American, right down to the health care system.
Generally, their results with Chemo are so poor is it any wonder why. The ones caught early are considered major victories. When the body contributes to the healing by virtue of its own abilities and more natural methods it is given no accreditation. The gods in the white coats hold no sway over the bodies ability to attain Homeostasis with a little help from gentler and more sensible approaches to life. Then all of the natural herbs and immune boosters. Then there is the Beck protocol which includes CS , magpulsing, ozonating, and zapping. Then all of the wonderful energy therapies like EFT, Quantum Touch etc. It may be overwhelming when considering all the options available but thank God they are available to all of us. I'm sure other silver-list members will add to the alternatives available and emotional support as well. Remember most physicians will only use the most conservative approaches (chemo/radiation) for fear of lawsuits and losing their license (AMA). Use the alternatives that you feel most comfortable with and never give up.
