That was an excellent commentary on why we need supplements Terry. I wish that
the schools of nutrition would have a copy of what you wrote and backed up with
facts. It certainly would be ideal if we could get our nutrients from food but
in this day and age, it is certainly not possible. Thanks for writing this.I
daily take 500 milligrams of vitamin C. I am not sure if this is enough but I
think that 10,000 a day probably isnt necessary and possibly causes the body to
require that much after taking it for a while.(not sure though)
