There is not ONE product, no silver bullet, that has
everything. Concerning minerals, dulse and kelp have a
wide range of minerals, but not all of them. Nothing
has all the nutrients we need. Dr. Reams said that one
of the most important principles of health was to eat
as wide a variety of foods as possible in order to get
a wide variety of nutrients as possible (he didn't
mean to eat at MacDonals's one day, Burger King the
next, etc!).

Even attempting to 'beef up' our diet means to include
a variety of concentrated foods such as nutritional
yeast, wheat germ, barley green, spirolina, wheat
grass juice, etc.

The healthiest folks tend to be the most fanatical
about it.
