Sore KneeDear Marshalee,

don't know if this will work for you, but I was recently told that papaya
tablets will help edema/swelling of the feet. I have had terrible swellings
in my feet for over 6 years now, the only relief I got in the past was
taking the diuretics the doctors gave me. I tried the papaya tablets, and
they are working for me. I don't have to take the diuretics any more!

and as time goes by, I am feeling more and more now, can walk normally, go
up and down stairs normally...I do have feeling on the bottom of my feet, at
times now, I have feeling on the top too.

plmk if it works for you too. I am taking about 5 chewable tablets twice a
day.

k

Brain damage (shown on MRI) from the Lyme Disease tells me I have weird
feet. They don`t sense properly; I have some places that can`t feel, others
are hypersensitive. They swell easily. The skin is shiny.
It is hard to walk, or stand for longer than 5 minutes. The feet are
puffy and tight, even when I just get up in the morning. Even after being up
on my adjustable bed for 3 hours.
No real pain, just more annoying than anything. If they really hurt,
I`d have them cut off!!!

Acupuncture never helped the feet, and I can`t afford it for my knee.
I`m on SSI, and Medicaid won`t pay for it.Thanks for the suggestion, though!
