Do you have access to a decent health food store? YOu should be able to
purchase D Mannose there. Also the slippery elm. There are several companies
that make slippery elm but I like soloray the best. It is an actual powder that
is put into capsules. I have also bought it in a powder form from an herbalist.
If you google both products, you should be able to find a source that will ship
them to you.
Let me know if you are still unable to get them and I will see if I can find
a source where you live. I cant remember where I got my Mannose from. I bought
some a long time ago when it was first being introduced. I didnt have any luck
with it but know of others who have. The slippery elm doesnt help with
infections but alleviates pain in the bladder area. It is very healing.
