Could be TMJ? This sounds like the locations I used to get TMJ
headaches, before I got treatment. They were not migraines, but as close
to them as I ever want to get. No pain reliever I could get even touched
them.

P.S. I also wondered about aneurysms (sp?) but don't know if they can
occur in those locations.

Its not working nor is the headache med. My headache is in 2 spots and
2 spots only. A one inch area right next to the ears on my face area,
and one inch above the temple area.
