Could be TMJ? This sounds like the locations I used to get TMJ 
headaches, before I got treatment. They were not migraines, but as close 
to them as I ever want to get. No pain reliever I could get even touched 
them.

P.S. I also wondered about aneurysms (sp?) but don't know if they can 
occur in those locations.
