A water pik and hydrogen peroxide might temporarily fix it or buy you some time.
I have found it very effective with sore teeth and gums. I got mine at walmart for $50 and it has a little attachment that gets right into the space between the teeth, and different blasting settings. Dr. Huggins told us abot the water pik and hydrogen peroxide. I also read about using the water pik in Hulda Clark's book for teeth.
