I have used the Hydrogen Peroxide and used a stim-u-dent (found at Walmart by the toothpaste) to clean around the gum line of the tooth.(It removes plaque). Then I just put a dab of tea tree oil on a Q-Tip and dab a little on the gum around the tooth. That has worked great for me.You have to use caution with the Tea Tree Oil. I don't think you want to be swallowing it or putting too much on it.
