Regarding hair dyes: If you dye your hair at home, try using it for a shorter
amount of time than what is suggested on the box. I think they normally
suggest something like 20 or 25 minutes on the roots and another 5 or 10
minutes all over. I do a 5 minutes on the roots and 5 minutes all over and
even my hairdresser tells me my hair looks great. This would cut your exposure
time down. If your hair is really grey it might not be enough time.
