Reading parts of the longevity thread brought up the following
recommendation, one I read in the advices the Sleeping Prophet Edgar
Cayce, by times also mentioned on this forum, used to give:

In the morning, after waking up, stretch your body (as we all do, I guess).
Edgar Cayces advice for longevity is to stretch X like: stretch you left
arm/hand to the left/above, and your right foot/leg below to the right. Then
alter the stretch: Right arm up to the right, left leg down to the left, so
mimicking a X.
This, Cayce maintains, will extend your life-span, i.e. your longevity.
