They make cheese with a goat stomach, milk, and urine in the Middle East. I know keeshka (sp), a Slavic sausage, is made with blood, ground liver and kidney, spices, and barley or rice. It is really good! (of course, like all sausage, sometimes it is better to savor the flavor and not ask too many questions about ingredients!) I could try UT if I had some "incurable" disease, or if stranded without water somehow, but have a hard time with the idea. Maybe mixed with lemonade, it would taste like Gatorade?!!
