Karen, There are nasal washes that you can buy at the health food stores that contain grapefruit extract and other things that might be helpful. Another thing is oregano oil that you can use. You would want to get the wild harvested oregano oil. You can put a couple drops under your tongue. This would clear out your sinus. I have even heard you can put some in your nose with a Q-tip, but I would be cautious about that because the oil is very powerful. When you have chronic sinus problems it is often an indication that you have a systemic yeast or fungus problem so you need to treat the whole body by taking probiotics and possibly some fiber. Take things that kill of the yeast like the oregano oil, pau d'arco, and olive leaf extract.
