Congestion, buth in the lungs and in the sinuses are a bit of a problem for CS, because the mucus tends to restrict the mobility of the silver particles so they have a difficult time getting to where they need to be. Thus you will find that taking CS orally will not provide the relief it normally does with most things. You need to get it where it needs to go more directly. You can use any of the following with better success:
1. irrigation of the sinuses 2. using in a nasal sprayer and spray the sinuses 3. use a nebulizer, works for sinuses if you breath through the nose, and for the lungs if you breath through the mouth.
