The law has changed in the USA. Patent law globally now gives rights
to the first to file. Who invented it first is no longer an issue.
It's a big change for inventors. Bottom line: if you have a
brilliant invention, you must file ASAP if you want temporary monopoly
rights.

identical to my design. I never determined a date comparison so I
