The stream length and velocity is interesting and relates to the process.

Due to the small pipe, 3/4 inch, the length of the stream is relatively long.

The cross sectional area of the 3/4 inch pipe is. .44 17 inches.

This makes one gallon have a length of 522.97 inches.
Thus 10 gallons has a length of 5229.7 inches.

The length of the stream that passes the electrodes in 1 second
is 87.17 inches.

Converting this to ounces, we have 87.17 X .4417 = 38.50 cu in.
38.50 cu in = 630.9 ml ( or cm cubed )

Back to ounces = 21.33

So all one has to do it apply the Faraday calculation to one second and a reasonable accurate ppm should result.

It would take a larger pipe to have a cu inch per linear inch.
Slightly less than 1.25 inches .......

Actually a 2, 3 or 4 inch pipe might turn out better and reduce velocity considerably.

I would prefer a 4 inch ( or so ) rectangular box made from stainless or whatever, with a plexiglass side, or maybe two sides with a good light on one side. One needs to see the electrodes very clearly.

Someone check my math if they feel up to it.
