Whether it is classified a pesticide depends on the labeling and
claims. Something like soap is perfectly legal to use for anything you
want, but it is illegal to sell it to spray on leaves as a pesticide. I
contacted the EPA on selling aspartame as an ant poison, and they
indicated that it would be an unapproved pesticide and could not be sold
as an ant poison without going through the process of proving that it is
safe for the environment. As long as the CS is labeled as a mineral
supplement, there should be no problem. (fingers crossed).

Quote from the latest article. (The Food and Drug Administration also
is considering whether to regulate nanotech products.
EPA officials decided a year ago that a major pesticide law, the
Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, should not apply
to washing machines because they were considered devices.
But after re-examining its decision and regulations, agency officials
reversed course and decided "that the release of silver ions in the
washing machines is a pesticide, because it is a substance released
into the laundry for the purpose of killing pests," EPA spokeswoman
Jennifer Wood said in an interview with The Associated Press.
"This is now being considered a pesticide," Wood said. "So it does
have to be regulated under FIFRA.")
A CS generator is also a device. According to how I read this and my
mistrust of the EPA and FDA and the Drug Cartel looking to lose
billions of dollars I might interpret this to be that anybody with a
device thats make silver ions would have to be EPA approved. This
would also include people who sell CS generators like Ode and Ken. If
you ever thought about buying one nows the time IMO. It sounds to me
like if your making CS without EPA approval your are violating the
law. I don't understand how the EPA could classify silver ions as a
pesticide, it must of cost the drug cartels a pretty penny.
Times are a changing and not for the better. the full article can be
found here.

Dont be fooled folks, the EPA has a ton of power and more.
This smells of trouble to come.
