We must remember to make a distinction between the
milk that comes from sick, drugged commercial cows and
the natural product (assuming you can find it) that
humans have consumed for many thousands of years. All
of my children have been raised on fresh,
unpasteurized goat milk, from happy goats that run
around in the sun eating greens. I have been fortunate
in that way, that we have always been able to find
folks who raise goats, not primarily as a business,
but as members of the family.
When I see the literature from the No-milk folks,
they also seem to ignore this distinction.
Historically, milk has been associated with good
health ("A land flowing with milk and honey").
