When I go into a sauna or hottub I feel claustrophobic and can't breathe. I also get very nauseated. But then nausea is a common thing for me and that's why I'm doing the liver cleanse. i'm told that's a sign of liver congestion. I can't even take a hot bath because I get nauseated in hot water. When I'm hot, I can think of nothing else except how to get cool and I oftentimes have to stick my head in the freezer. What I'm doing down south here in this summertime sauna I have no idea.
