Oh dear, this is me too, in fact, I wouldn't even go into a sauna at all! I
do have a very high gamma enzyme count in my liver and all the doctors
thought I was a secret alchoholic! I persuaded them I'm not and they said I
have something called someone's syndrome, but can't remember what it is.

When I go into a sauna or hottub I feel claustrophobic and can't breathe. I
also get very nauseated. But then nausea is a common thing for me and that
s why I'm doing the liver cleanse. i'm told that's a sign of liver
congestion. I can't even take a hot bath because I get nauseated in hot
water.
