Another example of good science coming out of Japan. The discoverer of
these mirror molecules got the Nobel for it. You're right: the form
makes all the difference. LEF has information about this at lef.org if
you search their site. My understanding is limited basically to this:
the consumer need to check carefully about the L/R form of the
molecule for many nutriceutical products.
