No, just the opposite, I often eat only a banana for breakfast and am fine until hours later when I have to remind myself that it is lunchtime. But eating a orange will sometimes give me a quicker appetite for lunch. I don't eat other fruits except ocassionall peaches in season. Its hard to find good apples here in Fla. they are usually hard and tasteless. I should eat more pineapple as that is one of the best for cleaning the digestive system and if you get them ripe enough they are as good as a candy bar.

That is interesting. You get no blood sugar surge/drop from a banana? And no increased carb or sugar cravings the day after eating the banana?
Do you eat other fruits as well?
