I'm not sure. But I have a LOT of hot flashes every single day.
My temp averages below 97, in fact I only seem to get to 97 or above
right during a hot flash. The rest of the time, I run in the low 96 range.
It is indeed confusing and counter-intuitive to think of low basal body
temp being associated with heat intolerance or hot flashes, isn't it?
But that is what I'm seeing.
