A term coined by someone here (sorry forget who) to try to more accurately describe the "CS" most of us make at home. It means Electrically Isolated Silver. Pure silver in pure water, nothing else, no additives. While still not an ideal term, to me it defines what I make and use better than the term "CS", which is often used to mean literally anything with any silver in any form in it.
