Dear Virginia, The term EIS is one that evolved here among the list members, so it's not a universal term. The term "colloidal silver" has been so used and abused that it is generically applied to just about any form of silver in water, whether ground of metal powder in protein stabilizers, high concentrations of silver salts or other compounds, bright yellow soups of chemical silver precipitates, home brews generated with salt or other things in the water for "starter"... OR clear, mostly ionic, low concentration preparations made by electrolysis of pure metal in distilled water, which some have given the name of electically isolated silver (EIS). So, by the standards of the world you're making "CS" as much as anybody else is. Your Puppy, however, does make what people here call EIS. Be well, Mike D.
