Me too. I don't use my VitaMix as much anymore, but I could never see
throwing out the fiber portion of juiced foods. Lot of nutrients left
behind in the fibrous portion. I liked juices made in the VitaMix, but
my favorite things are the orange sherbet and hot cream soups. Plus,
when I was still eating high carb, I ground a lot of grains into flour
in it.
