You can *not* maintain an ideal weight/metabolism/health without
*proper* exercise.
and
And no, I'm not discounting diet. What you eat is also very
important<<
The first sentence is an obvious truth. Of the organs, generated by
exercise, the lymph system is the foremost.
Hmmm... the lymphatic system isn't an organ. It is a very complex system:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lymphatic_system
Many of our clients with lymphatic problems have a low lymph
circulation (and so a weak immune system), due to not moving enough.
The least we can do is advice them to go for sturdy walks. The best
for them would be taking up some sport activity; brisk walking (but
BRISK) is a very good alternative if done on a regular basis, with a
weekly plan etc.
Nothing wrong with walking, but if what you want to accomplish is to get
the lymph moving the lymph, then by far the best method is rebound
exercise. This is best achieved using a professional grade
mini-trampoline - please don't listen to anyone telling you that the $20
version you can get at Walmart will suffice - you'll only end up with
bad knees and ankles. No, I don't sell them, and I was a skeptic as
well, when I started - I used the $20 version for a few months, then ran
into Dave Hall, aka 'Mr Rebounder, at a health expo, and told him I
thought it was hype - he challenged me - I accepted - then ate crow, and
bought one. the difference was that obvious.
Some few people will have very negative response to even the smallest
amount of rebound exercise at first, due to their lymph system being
completely out of whack. These negative responses are essentially just
feeling nauseous and/or dizzy. The solution is to simply start off very
slowly, just bouncing as much as you can stand, for as long as you can
stand it. Do it as many times throughout the day as possible. The more,
the faster you will get your lymph system back in shape.
Rebound exercise is the best form of exercise, by far, that I have
found. Combine this with the PACE program I mentioned previously, and
you have the most effective and efficient workout system imaginable, and
since the rebounder is portable, you can even take it with you on
vacation if you want.
