I know the price seems outrageous, when you know you can buy a cheap one at Welmart - but it really is worth it - *IF* you are going to *use* it, that is.
Reading your second one wherein you talk about PACE - how do you build your times for the best results ?
I would not want to try to advise you on that... everyone is different, which is why I would recommend consulting your physician if you have any real concerns about risks. For someone who is in 'good' shape, just use your head - and listen to your body...
