Siraka da insistiranjem da Crna Gora odustane od obnove svoje drzavnosti

Montenegrin PEN Centre accused French President Jacques Chirac of
"insulting dignity of Montenegrin citizens" by insisting that Montenegro
should give up on its statehood, because they "have a right to decide on
their own on interests and state and legal status, regardless someone

13:30 Demokratska stranka Srbije predlozila je liderima DOS-a da se radi
dogovora o prevazilazenju krize u vladajucoj koaliciji usvoji plan koji
podrazumeva izradu predloga novog ustava Srbije do kraja juna 2002.
godine, kao i raspisivanje vanrednih parlamentarnih izbora do kraja
septembra iste godine.

The Democratic Party of Serbia have suggested to the DOS leaders that
they should adopt, for the sake of overcoming the crisis within the
leading coalition, the plan which envisages making of the proposal of
the new Serbian Constitution by the end of June 2002, as well as
appointing extraordinary parliamentary elections by the end of September
of the same year.

Predsednistva DOS predlozili lider Gradjanskog saveza Srbije Goran
Svilanovic i clan G17 plus Miroljub Labus predvidja da se u narednih
godinu dana uspostavi moratorijum na sukobe u DOS-u, odnosno da sukoba
ne bude do okoncanja rekonstrukcije federalne drzave.

A plan for solving the crisis in the leading coalition presented by
leader of Citizens' Union of Serbia Goran Svilanovic and member of the
G17 plus Miroljub Labus at the DOS Presidency session envisaged that the
moratorium is established in a next year regarding the conflicts within
the DOS, that is, that there is no conflicts until reconstruction of the
federal state is finished.

Moskvi da ce Jugoslavija dobiti dovoljno ruskog gasa za zimu.
"Jugoslavija uredno placa dugove za gas i do sada je isplatila 118
miliona dolara, pa nece biti problema sa snabdevanjem ove zime", rekao
je Labus.

Vice-president of Federal Government Miroljub Labus has stated in Moscow
yesterday that Yugoslavia will get enough Russian gas for the winter.
"Yugoslavia has been paying regularly gas debts and so far we've payed
$118m, so there will be on problems with supply this winter", Labus
says.

negotiations are being held in the town of Melava, in the mountain area

10:45 Sudije Tribunala u Hagu odlucile su juce da se bivsem predsedniku
Srbije i SRJ Slobodanu Milosevicu odrze dva sudenja, jedno za zlocine
protiv covecnosti nad kosovskim Albancima, a drugo za zlocine protiv
covecnosti u Hrvatskoj i genocid i druge zlocine u Bosni i Hercegovini.
Proces u vezi sa zlocinima na Kosovu pocece 12. februara 2002. godine,
odlucilo je juce sudsko vece Haskog tribunala.

Judges of the Hague Tribunal have decided yesterday that the former
Serbian and FRY President Slobodan Milosevic has two trials, one for the
crimes against humanity over Kosovo Albanians, and the other for the
crimes against humanity in Croatian and genocide and other crimes in
Bosnia and Herzegovina. The trial regarding the crimes in Kosovo will
start on February 12th 2002, the Court Council of the Hague Tribunal
have decided yesterday.
