14:00 Advokat Branislav Tapuskovic je sinoc rekao da su "prijatelji
suda" stavili primedbu na predstojece svedocenje istrazilaca. "Stavili
smo primedbu jer su oni svedoci 'iz druge ruke', nisu ocevici i ne
svedoce direktno o stvarima o kojima govore, vec se bave stvarima koje
su prikupljali na terenu", kaze Tapuskovic.

Lawyer Branislav Tapuskovic has said last night that "friends of court"
objected to forthcoming testimony of investigative judges. "We object
because they are 'secong hand' witnesses, they are not eyewitnesses and
they are not tastifing directly abouth the things they're talking about,
but they are presenting information they have gathered on the field",

Tribunala i kaze da bi, ako treba, svedocio u procesu protiv Slobodana

13:00 Predsednik Veca republika Savezne skupstine Srdja Bozovic juce je
u Pragu ocenio kao "riskantne i neozbiljne" zahteve da se o evropskom
predlogu za redefinisanje odnosa Srbije i Crne Gore odlucuje na
referendumu ili u crnogorskom parlamentu.

The Federal parliament Chamber of republics president Srdja Bozovic
estimated in Prague yesterday that requests for meking a decision on
European proposal for redefining relations between Serbia and Montenegro

sinoc da u pokrajini ne mogu jos dugo da cekaju na formiranje
privremenih institucija vlasti, ocenjujuci da je do blokade izbora

The DOS Presidency have formed five members working grouop last night
for defining joined politics of the DOS. The working group is consist of
Nebojsa Covic, Goran Svilanovic and Miroljub Labus, than Minister of
labour in Serbian Government Dragan Milovanovic and representative of
the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) who the DSS will name afterwords.


11:00 Predstavnik medjunarodne zajednice u Bosni i Hercegovini Volfgang
Petric izjavio je da je spreman da svedoci na sudjenju Slobodanu
Milosevicu pred Haskim tribunalom, ali da do sada nije dobio zvanican
poziv suda.

The high representative of the International Community for BiH Wolfgang
Petritsch has stated that he is ready to testify at Slobodan Milosevic's
trial before the Hague Tribunal, but that he has not received so far an
official summon of the Court.


10:45 Predsednistvo DOS nije uspelo da se dogovori ni o redefinisanju
odnosa u koaliciji, u sta spadaju i zahtevi DSS i rekonstrukcija Vlade
Srbije.

The DOS Presidency have not menaged to agree on redefining relations
within the coalition as well, including the DSS requests and
reconstruction of the Serbian Government.


10:30 U nastavku sudjenja Slobodanu Milosevicu pred Haskim tribunalom
danas ce biti ispitan drugi svedok optuzbe. Treci svedok je takodje
istrazilac Stiv Spargou. Njih ce najpre ispitivati tuzioci, a potom i
Milosevic.

In the continuence of Slobodan Milosevic's trial before the Hague
Tribunal, the second witness of the prosecution will be interrogated
today. The third witness is also investigative judge Steve Spargo. They
will be interrogated first by the prosecutors, and then by Milosevic.


10:15 Predsednistvo DOS odlucilo je na sastanku odrzanom sinoc da
formira 2 radne grupe. Jedna bi trebalo da pripremi Predlog zakona o
saradnji s Hagom, a druga treba da predlozi resenje odnosa u vladajucoj
koaliciji.

The DOS Presidency have decided at last night's meeting to form two
groups. One should prepare the Proposal of the law on cooperation with
the Hague, and the other should propose solution for the relations
within the coalition.
