On se na sudu pojavio kao svedok u procesu protiv generala Mirka Norca, bivseg sekretara kriznog staba za Liku Tihomira Oreskovica i jos trojice iz tzv. Gospicke grupe optuzenih za ratne zlocine nad srpskim civilima. Former coordinator of the prison in Gospic, Croatia, Ivan Markovic confirmed before the municipal court in Rijeka that in October 1991 in Gospic there were killings of Serb civilians. Several hundered Serbs have blocked the streets and the UN Police station today in Norhtern Kosovska Mitrovica, protesting because two Serbs were arrested earlier. 10:15 Predstavnici SR Jugoslavije su dobrodosli u Haskom tribunalu i mogu pratiti sudjenje Slobodanu Milosevicu iz publike ali bez posebnog statusa, odgovor je Tribunala na zahtev jugoslovenskih vlasti od 12. februara da im se dodeli polozaj posmatraca sa posebnim privilegijama. Representatives of FR Yugoslavia are welcomed in the ICTY and they could follow the trial against Slobodan Milosevic as audience, without the special status, the ICTY has responded to Yugoslav authorities' request from February 12th for it's representative to be given position as an observer with special privileges.
