Dr. Srdja Trifkovic is Director of the Center for International Affairs
at The Rockford Institute (www.rockfordinstitute.org) and  foreign
affairs editor of Chronicles: A Magazine of American Culture
(www.chroniclesmagazine.org).  As a leading expert on Balkan politics
and U.S. foreign policy, and a former consultant to President Vojislav
Kostunica, Dr. Trifkovic is uniquely poised to provide informed insights
into the complexities of Yugoslav politics following the restructuring
of the union of Serbia and Montenegro.
