Hi Marko,

I added the forceLocale to the timeline-api file. You can look there
to see how I did it.

On the other hand, the reason I needed to add it was that I don't use
the nl locale on my computer. But presumably you do...so I think you
should be able to use one of the other JS variables to tell the
exhibit-api file that it *can* use the nl locale if the browser is set
to use the nl locale.....
