I have tagged and released Exhibit 2.1.0 for 3 purposes:
- Fixed the bug that broke all exhibits on IE 8. So, now this should
work on IE8

- Switched to using Timeline 2.2.0
- Switched from my previous habit of rolling commits to Exhibit 2.0 to a
more rigorous release process.
