Hi Elisabeth,

I also tried your Timeline. And I can confirm your problem with links closing
the bubble in IE.

I don't know the cause, but I note that the example:
http://simile-widgets.googlecode.com/svn/timeline/tags/2.3.1/src/webapp/examples/monet/monet.html
has links which work correctly in IE.
See event "Impression, Sunrise" at date 1872.

This example uses an xml data file, same as your Timeline.

So therefore, the problem appears to be with your Timeline or with your data
set.

To narrow things down:
Try using the Monet data set with your Timeline. If the links work on IE then
you know the problem is your dataset. If not, then you know the problem is your
function calls to setup your Timeline. You can also try your dataset with the
example's Timeline configuration.

Then debug from there.

Please let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Larry

Sure. One of the first events has a link - Kufic scripts. The heading
at the top of the bubble is the link (it's maroon, and if you hover
over it, it changes to underline).
Thanks so much!
