You should consider the license the 'public interface' regarding legal
requirements.  All that can and should be said is in the license;
anything else we shouldn't say, and that includes expanding on or
rephrasing anything in the license.  The nature of a license is that we
can't explain it, we can only give it to you.

You need to consult a lawyer if you have any questions about what the
license means or need advice on how to proceed.
