Is it possible to create a timeline starting at 0 seconds ending at 3
minutes and add several events representing track samples. This would
give something like:

_____track2_____
_______track3____
_______track4____
0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 .... 59 0 1 2 3 4 5 6
|__|__|__|__|__|__|_____|__|__|__|__|__|__|
__|.....................................................
0
1
2 3
