Hi Spirit, I think the main issue would be to get the timeline events to look like your picture. -- where there is a tape, then a label, then more of a tape, all on one line.
It can be done by writing sw for the painter. That's more of an advanced task. Setting up the timescale you want is not hard, again depending on your programming background.
