I just took a look at you exhibit using FF3.0.1 and with firebug NET
enabled... It appears that the other code loading does
have an impact on the page load, but the queing of css and js seems to
be what is eating up most of the time.. there is
only 2meg actually being delivered, which indicates to me that the
rest of the time is probably spent processing and
displaying...  total load time for me was 25.6 seconds.  One thing I
noticed was that you have some .png files that take a long
time to que.  the 'blackcheck.png' file and the 'downarrow.png' files
are taking 4 to 5 seconds each to que...
