Tobias,
It looks like your date format is causing problems in IE.
Date.parse("Thu Jul 01 00:00:00 +0200 2004") returns "NaN" in IE
Date.parse("Thu Jul 01 00:00:00 2004 +0200") returns "1089237600000"
Firefox handles both fine.
Try changing the order of the year and timezone offset in your event dates and
see if that works correctly.
