Hi Mike,
thanks for you help! We are one step closer to the solution now! The new version is online and can be looked at with the test-login data from before. We replaced our rails-date-call from timeline_start_date.inspect to timeline_start_date.rfc2822 (http://apidock.com/ruby/Time/rfc2822) which produces a date like "Thu, 21 Dec 2000 16:01:07 +0200" (http:// code.google.com/p/simile-widgets/wiki/Timeline_EventSources). But IE does not show the timline! The error we get is the same as before. As soon as we delete the bandInfos[1].syncWith = 0-Stuff the timeline loads. Without syncing of course. But thats only half the fun… I hope someone has an idea where this error comes from. I also tried updating the Timeline but could deploy it since the update broke the timeline. Would you recommend using the trunk, the .0 or the .1 version? http://code.google.com/p/simile-widgets/source/browse/#svn/timeline/trunk/src/webapp/api Thank you all for you help!
