I can suggest several approaches to collaborative editing.
1. Wibit (http://projects.csail.mit.edu/wibit) offers exhibit
visualization inside a semantic mediawiki which can be edited
collaboratively. The exhibit can be displayed on a page of the wiki or
wibit can export a jsonp feed that can be used as data source for an
exhibit elsewhere.
2. Dido (http://projects.csail.mit.edu/exhibit/Dido) provides an html
document that is a WYSIWYG editable exhibit. Collaborators can store
the document in their favorite document repository or version control
system and check it out to edit it.
3. Google spreadsheets works fine as a data source for exhibit, but you
have to think about what editing interface you will offer. You can use
google spreadsheet forms to capture new data but there is no nice
interface for editing.

I was thinking of using a google spreadsheet (as data are not
confidential). but I was wondering if there were a way to directely
values list (which are maintained in thesaurus) to facilitate the
capture (and to respect text entity captured in the thesaurus)
I am afraid I do not understand what "directly values list" means.
So, I have 3 issues that I would like to debate:
- Collaborative
- Dynamically update data in web server (data on which we will filter)
- Update values list in the tool where data are captured
If I'm unclear, please prompt me to detail,
Thanks for your time, and your ideas,
