We locked the wiki to non-admin editors because of spam and because
nobody was much following the invitation to help out.  In the past
several months, you're the first person to mention it that I've heard.

I'm traveling but can find some time tomorrow, probably, to get your
account set up for proper editing rights - if our current process limbo
hasn't put you totally off the idea.
