The page which uses Exhibit 3.0 is actually here (temporary location).

I tested it using the online testing tools like browserstack. The page did 
not seem to come up there using IE 7 and 8. The thing is I never had any 
problem on my machine while developing, but people have complained once it 
went into production. Hence,the extra precaution this time.
