Hi Joe,

I don't have any answers to your questions but I did want to turn you on to a
fascinating article from TidBits about their lawsuit against a spammer.

<http://db.tidbits.com/getbits.acgi?tbart=06458>

Their story starts about halfway down on the page, and includes a fascinating account
of a "Spammer on the Run" living under false names in flea-laden hotel rooms from
state to state to try to stay ahead of the law. OK, so I exaggerate, but it's the
life I think a spammer should lead.

Please keep us informed how things go with your suit, or if you don't want to send
off-topic updates to this list then could you add my name to an informal list of
people you would update (I'm sure others are interested also)?

                                            - Paul
