I'm not sure how you would do it from the web interface (I don't use it all
that much). If you have access to the SIMS server's file system (file sharing,
Timbuktu, etc.), just open the account file (from SIMS' accounts folder) with
a text editor, select all and delete. Account settings are stored in the
resource fork of the account file, so a text editor will leave them intact
while deleting whatever messages are there.
