Do you have 'Verify Return Paths' turned on?
If you do then I think the two addresses you show above were not
given at MAIL FROM or RCPT TO, it looks to me like one
(megacheapcomputers.com) is part of a message ID and the other
(cwcom.net) is from the 'From' field of the message rather that the
Return-Path (MAIL FROM). SIMS will only act on the MAIL FROM or RCPT
TO.
